Return & Exchange
- We inspect our product prior shipping to our customers. However, human error may occur. If you receive a defective item, do drop us an email within 7 days of receiving your product with your name, image showing defective item and reason for return to firstname.lastname@example.org by stating RETURNS & REFUNDS as your email Subject.
- We will provide you with a replacement of the defective product if there is more stock. If there is no stock, we will offer to replace your product with a similarly-priced product. If this not available, we will refund your payment accordingly.
Item Does Not Fit
- In the event that item received does not fit you, do drop us an email within 7 days of receiving your product with your name, product name & description and reason for return to email@example.com by stating EXCHANGE as your email Subject and also include a picture of the product.
- We will provide you with an exchange of size if there is more stock. If there is no stock, we will offer to replace your product with a similarly-priced product. However, No refunds will be issued.
- You will be responsible for the shipping of exchanged product and any other associated costs in returning the product back to us. Please send your return using a reliable carrier that provides a tracking option. We also recommend that you insure the return package as you will be responsible for the product reach us in their original condition.
- In all cases, the products returned must be in their original condition, UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNWASHED, UN-IRONED, UN-CUT with all the tags. The goods will be inspected once received.
- The Refund Policy will not be applicable after the 7-day return period.
- All sales items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- Custom made pieces are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
